The office files state and federal tax liens, notary commissions and
plats. It serves as a satellite office to the Office of the Secretary of
State for performing searches and filings for UCC documents. It
serves as a Deputy State Registrar for the MN Department of Health and
issues birth and death certificates. The office issues marriage
licenses and certified copies of marriage certificates. It is a
Passport Agent for the U.S. Department of State processing applications
for passports. |
