   General Employees Retirement Plan
 

Membership in the General Plan is mandatory.

Both the employee and employer contribute 5% of the employee's gross salary to the reirement plan.

Employees covered by the General Plan also contribute to Social Security. Monthly benefits from the plan are paid in addition to Social Security benefits.
