Health Care Savings Plan

In addition to the annual expenses charged by SBI, Minnesota State Retirement System (MSRS) charges an annual administrative fee of 0.65% of your HCSP account balance. This fee is prorated and deducted monthly from your account balance. The maximum fee is $140 per year or $11.67 per month. The figures shown do not include the administrative fee charged by MSRS.

Plan fees only apply to contributions made after July 1, 1992. Prior to July 1, 1992, participants were charged a front-end fee. The rates of return are the net of all expenses except plan fees. The figures above do not include the plan fees.
